Dream, Delirium, Death, Destruction, Destiny, Desire, Despair... and Debate???
Author: Ink-Stained Wretch

For Neil Gaiman geeks / political junkies only: Remember the cosmic version of "rock-paper-scissors" that showed up in Sandman #4 (I believe, don't have the tpb handy to check)? Well, Some maniac has put the words of Morpheus & Lucifer into the mouths of Hillary & Obama. Weird as anything. Tho' I guess there's some underlying truth here about the disconnect in their speaking styles, reminiscent of this week's gag in Doonesbury contrasting "The Poetry of Barack Obama" with "The Prose of Hillary Clinton."
Sorry, it's a debate between Choronzon and Morpheus, not Lucifer and Morpheus.
I always get my Demons mixed up first thing on a Sunday morning.
like reading a bottle of Dr Bronner's soap
Speaking of the World's Most Eccentric Soap, did you guys hear about the bizarre case where Germs drummer / L.A. social gadfly Don Bolles got busted by Newport Beach cops for having a jug of Dr. Bronner's orange bubbly in the back of his Mystery Machine? Apparently it tested positive for GHB or THC or something, according to the hapless cops... Don got out largely because the Bronner family jumped on the case and donated dough for his bail & lawyer fees which enable him to prove it was soap, not dope.
Don Bolles as in the MC of the
sometimes Fun Fun,
nights at the El Cid..?
( name of the gathering escapes me )
The guy who looks like a
half-sized Steven Tyler of
Aerosmith?
That Don Bolles?!?
Seriously Wacky Dude.
That's a funny story.
Stupid cops.
YES, one and the same... Don Bolles, formerly of the late, lamented Club Screwball, now of the even somewhat stranger Club Ding-a-Ling. It couldn't have happened to a stranger guy... He now shows up in a video or two on the Bronner's site as some kind of unofficial spokesfreak.
